As we celebrate the 160th Anniversary of St. Stanislaus College, two new wings are being added to the College’s historic Brickdam campus to support future generations of students.
The Board of Governors of St. Stanislaus College has established a Naming Committee to invite nominations for suitable names for the two new wings. The Committee is seeking names that reflect the spirit, ethos, values, and legacy of SSC.
Members of the Saints community are invited to submit nominations for consideration by July 31, 2026.
The two new wings will be commissioned in November 2026 during a ceremony marking the 160th Anniversary of the founding of the College.
The Naming Committee has been established to recommend names for the two wings to the Board of Governors. Final recommendations are expected to be submitted to the Board before the end of September 2026.

The online form asks for nominee information, the nominee’s years associated with SSC, years of service to education in Guyana, a nomination justification of up to 500 words, and the nominator’s contact information.
